Scriptris provides AI-powered document management services including but not limited to:

• PDF document upload, storage, and management
• AI-powered document analysis and chat interactions
• Document summarization and report generation
• Smart search capabilities across your documents
• Chapter and level-based document analysis

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

Scriptris uses a prepaid coin-based system for accessing AI-powered features:

• Coins are virtual credits used to pay for AI processing costs
• Each generation (summary, chat, analysis) consumes coins based on usage
• Coins are purchased in advance through secure PayPal payment
• Unused coins do not expire and remain in your account
• We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing with 30 days notice

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing coins, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final. If you have concerns about this policy, please do not complete your purchase.

You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to Scriptris. By uploading content, you grant us:

• A license to store, process, and analyze your documents to provide our services
• Permission to use AI models to generate summaries, reports, and responses
• The right to create derivative works (summaries, reports) based on your content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our services
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code

Scriptris uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI responses should be reviewed and verified before use in critical decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• You are responsible for verifying any information provided by our AI systems

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our GDPR Compliance and Privacy Policy. By using Scriptris, you consent to our data practices as described in our privacy documentation.

While we implement security measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that you use our service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptris and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data.
